Biggest Loser Program - 1 person (12 weeks)

You’ve seen the TV show – this is our Kamloops version.

Take the challenge of this twelve week program aimed at maximal weight loss over this period.

It combines a nutritional plan with an exercise and training program with a personal trainer. Training will be done individually and with other Biggest Loser contestants.

Includes:
- initial consultation with health and lifestyle questionnaires, goal setting, weight and measurements, photos
- Nutritional program provided, regular weigh-ins and on-going support.
- 1 on 1 or small group training with a personal trainer
- Winner of contest will receive 3 months free training and other bi-weekly prizes.
